In this new photo series, we look at Eurolanche's journey to 100 Avs games.Eurolanche, the largest Colorado Avalanche Fan Club in the world, reached a historic milestone on January 10, 2026, when its members watched the Avalanche's 100th game as part of Eurolanche on Tour, formerly known as Eurolanche Invasion.
To mark the occasion, an extensive article was published with detailed statistics providing an overview of all 100 games that Fan Club members have seen in North America. Meanwhile, the most detailed summary ever written regarding Eurolanche on Tour XVI has also been published.
Let's now take a look at Eurolanche's journey to this milestone through a photo series and commemorative comments focusing on memorable moments (mainly) related to attending Avalanche games overseas.
EUROLANCHE INVASION VII (2014/15) - 7 games (42/100)
From the seventh trip to (again) seven games, the strongest - or rather the most freezing - memories will probably remain of the cruel winter in Chicago, where it was over 30 degrees below zero and a total collapse. Despite this, we enjoyed a 2-0 win there after Varlamov's performance of a lifetime. However, some stayed in Denver and others went to San Francisco. For the first time, we had two cars, but for the rest of the trip we went everywhere together. We finally managed to take a picture with Coach Roy, who usually didn't do this after a game. The final record of 5-2-0 ranked among the top historical statistics of the Invasion/Tour project so far.
Seven of the eight participants were all Czechoslovakians. The eighth was from Austria.
