In this new photo series, we look at Eurolanche's journey to 100 Avs games.Eurolanche, the largest Colorado Avalanche Fan Club in the world, reached a historic milestone on January 10, 2026, when its members watched the Avalanche's 100th game as part of Eurolanche on Tour, formerly known as Eurolanche Invasion.
To mark the occasion, an extensive article was published with detailed statistics providing an overview of all 100 games that Fan Club members have seen in North America. Meanwhile, the most detailed summary ever written regarding Eurolanche on Tour XVI has also been published.
Let's now take a look at Eurolanche's journey to this milestone through a photo series and commemorative comments focusing on memorable moments (mainly) related to attending Avalanche games overseas.
EUROLANCHE INVASION V (2012/13) - 7 games (28/100)
Do you even remember that this season was shortened due to the lockout? But that didn't stop us from returning to Denver again and breaking the previous record for the number of games attended by one more - seven. The expedition saw the Avalanche for the first time outside of Denver when they drove straight to Minnesota. It was the first road trip of endless driving straight ahead. The specific feature of the fifth trip was the return flight via Canada, where thanks to the departure the next day, the group had time to visit the Hall of Fame in Toronto.

The 2012/13 season was Gabriel Landeskog's first as captain. Here's a picture of him during a warm-up.
Thanks to singer Jake Schroeder, we got into the suite, where we watched the game.
The message on the banners is clear: after the game in Denver, we're going straight to Minnesota.
That's what happened, we made it, but the Avs lost.
Conor McGahey was an arena presenter at the time. He later became a radio commentator.
Nicole Hurdle also took care of the show in the arena. Finally, after many years, she changed jobs.
There were times when it was not a problem to watch hockey games even from the first row.
It was not ordinary to take pictures with opposing players after games. We made an exception for Jaromír Jágr. However, Joe Thornton was much friendlier.
Before the game, we met Joe Sakic himself at then Pepsi Center.
