Ortio makes 35 saves, Flames blank Avalanche
Goalie Joni Ortio made 35 saves in the Calgary Flames' 1-0 shutout win against the Colorado Avalanche at Pepsi Center on Thursday. Josh Jooris scored the game's only goal at 13:50 of the first period. Reto Berra played the entire game for the Avalanche and made 24 saves. Calgary was 0-for-5 on the power play; Colorado was 0-for-4.
