David´s column on the last game

David´s column on the last gameA brief recap and a criticism of the Colorado Avalanche game against Calgary Flames.

It has been a fun all the time when you can watch the game between two last NHL teams. I am kidding of course. It is kind of suicide to watch this game until the very last minute. I am sorry for all fans in the building and reporters who covered it last night. I have started to watch Avs games on demand in the morning of European time. No late night live games anymore. And then I usually skip the second part of the third period. Like last night. For me, it was like both teams were ready to loss. Flames offered two points to the Avs at the start of the game, when the home team was playing very good. Calgary could not score powerplay goal and looked awful on the advantage. But then, something has turned out and it was away team which took a final lead. It was just skating on the ice without any further plan. Exactly the same what Giguere said in his comments about teammates. Maybe only Duchene looked solid as every night and the goalie himself. Btw, I forgot on O´Reilly. Does he even play for the Avs this year?
