David´s column on the last game

David´s column on the last gameA brief recap and a criticism of the Colorado Avalanche game against Calgary Flames.

Due the technical reasons we were not table to publish the David´s column earlier. Thanks for the understanding.

I do not want to look like a man who can only criticize from his room anytime. So I have to admire Avs´ offensive guys for their great third period, especially at its very end. Does not matter, how much lucky they got – hockey is about it too. Big plus is going to d-men and special teams on PK/PP. They improved very well. Especially, the killing of Wilson´s penalty in the third was big and decisive moment of a game. Back to the reality. Both teams are playing the same hockey. So it was about huge problems at the both end of the ice for them. Our players could not cover Flames´. Some of them were like without any interest in the hockey again – the same like some of the opponents. The win is huge, but we cannot celebrate it all the night. We are not in that position. We have to believe it would help to guys, mainly to Duchene and Stastny – if they lost last game, this column would be about them. Players have to stay on earth. The battle between them and themselves has not ended yet.
