Great performance and the game. I guess not many fans expected such winning result after the previous matchup in Winnipeg. It would be not fair if I wrote Quincey´s trade has helped us. It is too soon for the objective rating. Downie had solid game, had many chances, played hard, but also made bad penalty and it was clear to see he was not still familiar with the Avs style and new teammates. Stastny, Stastny, what with you? I do not want to get prank again and I am not going to rate him. We need this kind of show from him every second game at least. Duchene played better than in his first game after coming back from injury. Landeskog was a leader like everytime. Varlamov had tremendous saves, mainly couple of them were really big. The Avs want to clinch playoffs, but I am not sure what we will see during the weekend. I have never understood their hockey. One time, they play like Gods, second time they lost to AHL team 0:10.
